The beginnings of telecommunications companies were very different from what they are today. With the arrival of the internet, SMS and MMS were left in the background, that is, people continued to use calls for more urgent things, but the messages began to be produced online. The companies began to offer data rates that allowed the internet to be used wherever the client was. When smartphones were invented, instant messaging came with them and ended up promoting this new form of communication.

Currently, it is no longer enough for us to communicate in writing on the internet. We use live video channels and other services for work, personal and, above all, for entertainment.
