- Ephemeral: If a service is not consumed, it cannot be stored for future occasions. In the case of customers, once that service has been consumed, they must re-contract a new one to be able to enjoy it.

- Variables: When buying a product, you can find the same in different stores, different distributors and different locations, but in the case of services, each one depends on many environmental factors, the person who offers it, where it is provided ...
