Companies are the engine of the country's economy. Thanks to the companies that generate products and services, money circulates from owner to owner and creates jobs. The people who work in many companies have the purpose of creating a product or service that will be bought by the final customer, that is, the person who will benefit from that work. However, not all companies have individual customers as their target audience, such as a man, a woman or children, but their audience is companies, which need an external service to be able to carry out their tasks correctly.
Can you think of what those external services might be? Let's analyze some of them:
- Cleaning: Many companies choose to hire other companies to take care of cleaning their offices or facilities. This usually pays off when you don't need continuous cleaning, but instead every day or a few times a week.
- External communication: One of the main actions that a company must carry out is to make itself known. Through networks, press, collaborations and other techniques, the public identifies the brand and values the possibility of consuming its products or services. It is necessary to have knowledge of the environment and some skills that are not always possible to maintain on staff, so companies seek support from experts who know how to carry out this task.
- Translation: Every company that works internationally needs to translate its publications, its conversations with clients, its interactions... if these actions are not carried out on a daily basis, it is best to hire an external translation company.
Legality: Complying with the law is an obligation of each natural and legal person. The fact of not knowing a law does not exempt the guilt of not complying with it, for this reason, companies hire these legality and management services when they are not aware of it.
